In this release we’re giving you real control over how your team works in Polser. Define who can configure what, assign specific WhatsApp numbers to specific agents, and shape each person’s view of the inbox to match their role.

Admin and Team Member roles

Not everyone on your team needs access to everything, and now they don’t have to. Polser introduces two distinct user roles: Admin and Team Member. Admins have full access to the platform’s configuration, including integrations and key account settings. Team Members focus on what they do best: talking to customers.

This means sensitive areas, like your CRM integrations, are managed only by the people who should be managing them. Less room for accidental changes, more clarity on who owns what.

Phone visibility and number assignment

Many of you use Polser with multiple WhatsApp numbers, one per department, region, or use case. Until now, every team member could see conversations across all numbers. For teams where collaboration and cross-department visibility matter, that setup works well, and it’s still fully available.

But as more teams bring Polser into sales workflows, we’ve heard a clear need: individual salespeople often prefer to see only their own conversations, without the distraction of colleagues’ chats.

Privacy and focus become more important than cross-team visibility. So now you have the choice. Admins can assign specific WhatsApp numbers to individual team members and decide whether each person sees all numbers or only the ones assigned to them.

🔧 Other improvements

  • Start new chat in Conversation view: Polser’s embedded conversation view, the one you see inside your CRM or as a standalone web view, now includes a button to start a new conversation with the same contact from any WhatsApp number linked to your account.

  • Stickers via API: you can now send stickers programmatically through the Polser API, opening the door to richer automated interactions and custom integrations.

🦺 Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where unarchived chats weren’t appearing in the inbox without a page refresh in some edge cases.

👷 Coming up next

Our native HubSpot integration, which we’ve been testing with a group of early customers, is about to go public. Stay tuned.
