This release makes broadcasts respectful of your inbox: your conversations keep their status after sending, no matter what. We’ve also made it easier to clean up failed recipients and deepened our HubSpot integration with Workflow actions that let you trigger Polser directly from your existing automations.

Broadcast without breaking your inbox

Over the past few months we’ve been on a mission to give you a cleaner, more manageable inbox. First came the ability to archive conversations, so you could reach inbox zero. Then we redesigned filters so you could move between active and archived chats effortlessly.

One thing could still disrupt that hard-earned order: sending a broadcast. Until now, broadcasting could change the status of conversations in your inbox, pulling archived chats back into view even when no one had replied.

That’s fixed. Broadcasts now respect the status of every conversation exactly as they find it. If a conversation is archived, it stays archived. If it’s active, it stays active. Your message goes out, your inbox stays the way you left it. And if someone replies, the conversation comes back to your active inbox naturally, just as it always does, when it genuinely needs your attention.

Delete failed broadcast recipients

After a broadcast goes out, some messages inevitably fail: wrong numbers, blocked contacts, expired accounts. Until now, cleaning those up meant dealing with them one by one.

You can now select and delete all failed recipients in bulk. Clean up after a broadcast in seconds, keep your recipient lists accurate, and prepare for resends without carrying over contacts that were never reachable. 🙋🏼‍♂️This new feature is only available to Admin users.

HubSpot Workflow actions

Polser is now available inside your HubSpot Workflows. You can trigger WhatsApp messages, update conversation data, or kick off Polser actions directly from your existing automations, no switching between tools, no custom workarounds.

Think of it this way: a customer abandons their cart on your online store. HubSpot detects it, triggers a workflow, and Polser sends a WhatsApp message to recover the sale, automatically, without anyone lifting a finger.

All of Polser’s core API actions (sending messages, sending templates, managing conversations) are available as Workflow actions. If you’re already using HubSpot to automate your sales or marketing, Polser now fits right in.

🔧 Other improvements

We’ve expanded video format support to handle more codecs accepted by Meta, so your video messages and broadcasts go through reliably.

🦺 Bug fixes

Fixed an issue that prevented users from starting a new conversation from HubSpot under some multi-number configurations.

👷 Coming up next

We’re working on something new around the concept of autonomous WhatsApp agents, designed to benefit both existing and new customers. Stay tuned.
