This release brings meaningful improvements across three areas: a more natural workflow when sending images, smarter multilingual AI, and solid groundwork for teams reaching customers in Latin America.

Paste images directly into your reply

You no longer need to save a screenshot as a file before sending it. Copy an image to your clipboard, from a browser, a PDF, or anywhere on your screen, paste it straight into the message composer, and send. One less step between the moment and the message.

Instant Answers, now smarter across languages

Instant Answers got a significant multilingual upgrade. When the AI surfaces a suggested answer, it now presents it in your team’s language by default, so you’re always reading something you understand, whatever language your customer is writing in.

Special phone numbers: one contact, one conversation

If you have customers in Argentina or Mexico, you’ve likely hit a frustrating quirk: the same person showing up as two different contacts, one conversation empty and another holding all the history. It happens because WhatsApp, CRMs, and spreadsheets sometimes store these specific numbers in slightly different formats.

That’s fixed. Polser now normalises how these numbers are stored across every point where a contact can come in: the inbox, imports, API calls, and HubSpot. Each real customer is now one contact, one conversation, going forward.

Contact count in Labels

A small but useful addition for admins. Each label row in Settings, Labels now shows how many contacts carry that label. At a glance you know which labels are in active use and which have gone quiet, making it easier to keep your label taxonomy clean and relevant.

🦺 Bug fixes

  • Fixed an error when opening files with certain special characters or formatting in their names.

  • The day separator between messages in a conversation is back, a small visual detail that’s sometimes very much needed.

👷 Coming up next

We know, we keep mentioning autonomous agents. This time we mean it. The FAQ Responder will be our first: an agent that handles your customers’ most common WhatsApp questions automatically, starting outside business hours and eventually around the clock. We’re almost there.

We are WhatsApp specialists!
