Send files and videos in expired conversations

Your team can now send files and videos through Smart Responses even after the 24-hour support window has expired, making it easier to share documents, catalogs, and media with customers at any time.

Choose a template when starting a new chat

Agents can now select from available templates when starting a new conversation, giving them more control over how they reach out based on the context or purpose of the chat.

The new Unanswered tab

The new Unanswered tab lets agents quickly filter and find conversations that still need a reply, so no customer message gets overlooked during busy periods.

Stickers now supported

Customers can now send stickers to their users. Save any sticker received and add it to a shared repository for the whole team. This lets companies build a branded sticker collection that supports a fun, engaging communication style, especially popular with younger audiences.

🔧 Other improvements

• New-chat templates without variables: you can now send ready-made templates to expired conversations without filling in any text or variables, just select and send.

• Broadcasts with failed deliveries are now easier to spot and manage. When a broadcast completes with errors, agents get clearer visibility into what went wrong.

• Webhook dispatches now include contact enrichment data, like CRM details, with every exchange, enabling more powerful automations and personalized workflows.

• Deleting contacts is now faster and more efficient.

🦺 Bug fixes

Fixed an issue that was preventing team members from being deleted, restoring full functionality to team management.
